This form is to be filled in by the applicant who would like to be assessed to become a Recommended Geopark Guide (R2G) of the Hong Kong National Geopark. The information provided must be accurate and supported by relevant original documents which are to be verified by R2G Assessment Board (R2GAB). Any falsification of information will result in disqualification.
